Trick film.

Synopsis: [From American Mutoscope promotional materials] An artist is dreaming in his studio that he sees a beautiful ballet girl dancer before him. As he dreams, the ballet girl gradually turns into a stern landlady, and as the artist awakens she is standing in front of him demanding her pay.
