The Sellwood Theatre was a neighborhood theater in the Sellwood district of southeast Portland.

Portland’s street numbering changed in 1933.

The theater was last owned and operated by David Emani of Family Theatres, who closed the Sellwood Theatre permanently in 1996. The building has been totally remodelled and is currently a Columbia Sportswear outlet store and separate small business office space.
