Salisbury Productions production. / Cinematography by Merian C. Cooper and Ernest B. Schoedsack. / Released 24 December 1928. / Standard 35mm spherical 1.33:1 format. / Originally released as four separate short films in the early 1920s, the film was compiled for presentation with live narration by William Peck. Peck recorded his narration for the first sound film rerelease of the film in 1931. The film was rereleased in the USA as Cannibal Island in 1956.
